US & Australian Market Commentary 25 July 2016 - Aussie market made the highest level for 2016 so far, how long will it stay bullish?
The Aussie market on the other hand did break higher above recent highs and made the highest level for 2016 so far. Because of this the picture is looking very different and a lot more Bullish at this point in time. However I believe it will all come back down to what the US markets do as to just how Bullish the Aussie market will be.
Australian and US Market Commentary 18 July 2016 – Will the new all-time highs in both S&P 500 and Dow Jones last?
New all-time highs in both the S&P 500 (2169.05) and the Dow Jones (18,557.43) were made on Friday after making new highs each day of the week. It took almost 14 months to surpass the previous all-time highs (2134.72 & 18,351.36) and even then we are only 1.6% & 1.1% above these levels.
Come Monday the Aussie market will have the result (if we have one yet) from the Federal election to digest.
